EBIZSOLUTIONS was established in 2005 in Johannesburg alongside Mumbi Properties (Pty) Ltd out of the need for our clients to build property portfolios and have them well managed and profitable. The companies grew from strength to strength increasing its client base and branching into public service sector.
Over period, EBIZSOLUTIONS cc , disenfranchised from Mumbi Properties to focus more on property and facilities management. Its core business being the implementation of CAFM (Computer Assisted Facilities Management) system to various public and parastatal organizations.
Our staff in both property and facility management has expertise and experience in managing property portfolios ranging from setting up structures, risk management, portfolio planning, property finance and rental management.
Our expertise in commercial property management includes facilities management, help desk implementation, space management, property leasing and property performance analysis.
